Jim was told by the Lord Jesus to prepare His bride for His coming. Specifically he was told to anoint, heal and deliver all believers so that they are completely ready for His return. The Lord showed him that "Harvest Angels" were on the earth marking people for the His return. At events, Jim hears the Lord voice and speaks what the Lord tells him and then the Lord does what He told Jim to say.
At the beginning of every event, in front of everyone, Jim kneels and surrenders to Jesus and boldly proclaims his weaknesses, addictions, and sin to Lord.
The greatness of power and authority that Jim operates in is from the his total and public surrender to Jesus.
Christian Discovery is about discovering how to become a surrendered disciple of Jesus. The Lord showed Jim that His discipleship program is laid out in the 23rd Psalm. We use that to teach and disciple people. We teach people how to hear the Lord Jesus and how to walk in power and authority with Jesus.
After a long night of spiritual warfare, Jesus came to him and put a ring on the forefinger of each hand and said to him "These two rings represent My power and authority." When Jim anoints believers, he shares that power and authority with them.
